Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday said that India and Africa are two bright spots of hope and opportunity in the global economy.
New Delhi: Addressing the India-Africa Forum Summit here, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday announced an additional concessional credit of USD 10 billion for African nations. India will also offer a grant assistance of USD 600 million, the PM said.
