Live: Delhi HC dismisses review petition of MHA, cancels police plea to lodge FIR against lawyers

Delhi High Court heard a petition filed by the Delhi Police in connection with the clashes between lawyers and policemen at the Tis Hazari Court complex. The petition has been filed in the HC as the Delhi Police cannot fulfil the demands of agitating cops on its own.

Delhi High Court dismissed the application filed by Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) seeking clarification of the court’s November 2 order in the Tis Hazari Court clash between police and lawyers. The court also dismissed another application of the Delhi Police seeking permission to lodge FIR against lawyers in Saket District Court incident.
